1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- Domestic: All regions within Malaysia
- International: Selected countries worldwide. Shipping availability will be confirmed at checkout.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time (up to 7 business days).
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Domestic Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 7-12 business days (varies by destination)
Note: Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
4. Shipping Rates
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
- Free shipping is available for domestic orders over RM 250.
- International shipping rates vary and do not include potential customs duties or import taxes.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order using the provided tracking link or through our courier partners’ websites.
- If you have not received a tracking update within 5 days, please contact us at ohnur.official@gmail.com.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their country.
- OH NUR is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
- If an order is refused due to customs fees, a refund will not be issued.
7. Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed.
- If you need to modify your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
- OH NUR is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 5 business days before contacting us.
- OH NUR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier.
- For missing packages, please file a claim with the shipping carrier or reach out to our support team for assistance.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts & Return to Sender
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or unclaimed parcel, reshipping fees will apply.
- Refunds for returned packages (excluding shipping fees) will be processed once the package is received by us.
10. Special Shipping Requests
- If you require special delivery arrangements (e.g., gift wrapping, specific courier requests), please contact us before placing your order.
11. Holiday & Peak Season Delays
- Please expect longer shipping times during holidays, promotional sales, and peak shopping seasons.
- We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
